End of Summer Bash/Meeting | September 21, 2024
Hello neighbors,
There have been a number of ongoing issues with the community this summer, and the Board has recently met to discus them. As a result, we are going to have a Board-sponsored “End of Summer Bash” event at the pool pavilion, as well as a called meeting prior to the fun and festivities.
The Board will use the called meeting to give updates to the community on a number of things, including:
- exploring options for pool vendors
- changing management companies
- fixing the retention pond area
The End of Summer Bash that will follow the meeting is a way to give back to the community, have some fun, and get a last swim in before the pool closes. The Board is planning to grill hamburgers and hotdogs. We are also entertaining the idea of a movie and/or a small water pad for kids.
This called meeting/End of Summer Bash will be tentatively held on Saturday, September 21st at 5:00pm, with Saturday, September 28th at 5:00pm as a backup date if the 21st is rained out.
